Struggling to make time for your development as a leader?

Grab a cuppa, and join us to have a chat about a selected leadership book. We’ll share ideas, reflect on what resonated, what didn’t, and learn more about our own approaches to leadership. Whether you are a speedy bookworm, listen to audiobooks, or are someone that never quite finishes a read…all are welcome.

We’ll meet every couple of months so you can create a regular time to think about your development. It’s free to come along, just RSVP to each session in the links below to get the details sent to your calendar.
See you there!

Book Club FAQ

How does it work?
The aim of the book group is to use the topics in the books as a basis for reflection, consider some issues that impact us in leadership and to carve out an hour a month to build good habits around personal development time.

Who can join?
If you have a leadership role in your work, or an interest in learning more about topics that could support your development as a leader, please come along! Whether you are a seasoned leader and just want to invest some long over due time in yourself, or are stepping up in to leadership for the first time, the sessions will be facilitated so that everyone is encouraged to think about applications and take-aways for their own leadership context.

What if I haven’t finished the book?
Don’t worry if you are someone that never finishes a book, there won’t be a test! If you like the idea of connecting with like minded professionals to talk about leadership challenges, you will be welcome.

How do I get hold of the books?
The books that we use as the basis for our sessions are largely available, so if you don’t want to buy it, you’ll likely be able to pick it up in your local library, or see if a colleague has a copy to borrow. Some are also available as audiobooks.

Will you record the sessions if I can’t join?
The sessions will be discussion based, and we will not be recording them.

How do I join?
We’ll be having the sessions on Zoom. To join, just register above for each session and save the details to your calendar.
